| Abstract: | The independence character of business law formed in a specific historical period. With the development of commodity economy, the independence of business law faces more and more perplexity. The expanding and containing characters of civil law makes business not independently exist and develop. Business is no longer an independent legal department, but a special law. However, as a subject of legal science, business law still has its value of existence. |
