摘    要:改革的步步深入,对领导者观念更新提出了新的要求.当前,我们在一些领域的改革之所以止步不前,根本原因在于领导者观念陈旧.观念的更新是一种脱胎换骨式的创新,人们经常反思过去的所作所为,但很少反思观念,正是这个看不见摸不着的东西,制约着我们各项事业的发展.

Abstract:The ever-deepening reform is Jailing new demands on the leaders for the change of their con- ceptions.The present stagnant reform in some fields attributes itself,in a large degree,to the out-of-date conceptions of the leaders.The updating of conceptions means a thoroughgoing change.What people are apt to introspect are their actions other than their conceptions.It is this very intangible conception that restricts the development of all undertakings.
