| 摘 要： | 《行政许可法》对依法行政原则的发展和扩充有以下几方面:控制行政许可的规模,放松行政管制,增强行政许可的合理性;确立信赖保护原则,开始建设诚信政府;更加注重行政公开,丰富了其内容;重申正当程序的要求,并通过具体制度予以保障。

| Abstract: | Administrative license law expands the meaning of administration according to law in the following aspects. First, it controls the scale of administrative license, enhances the rationality of administrative license. Second, the principle of confidence protecting is established. Third, administrative openness is paid more attention and its contents are enriched. Forth, the requirement of due process is reaffirmed and some specific systems are established. |
