| 摘 要： | 医疗事故争议不仅涉及医患双方的合法权益保护和医药领域的技术性问题,也关系到社会的和谐稳定与对伦理道德的维护。故应理性、高效地处理医疗事故争议,以使医患双方的合法权益都能得到公平的维护,医患之间的矛盾趋于和缓,从而达到民众身体健康、医院快速发展的目的。

| Abstract: | The medical dispute not only involves the protection of legal rights and interests between doctors and patients and the technical problems of the medicine field,but also relates to construct harmonious and stable society and stand up for ethic.So a series of regulations on the technical identification of malpractice,burden of proof and so on should be operated rationally to settle the medical dispute efficiently.Thus legal rights and interests both parties can be treated justly,and the contradictions come to settlement gradually in order that the public can have a healthy body and hospital can develop rapidly. |
