| 摘 要： | 当前政府重构的目标定位为“服务政府”、“责任政府”、“法治政府”和“廉洁政府”，这对政府的行政道德建设提出了新的要求。本文论述了社会转型期对行政道德建设的挑战，阐明了行政道德建设对政府重构的意义，并进一步指出加强行政道德建设的途径。
