县域经济是区域经济的基本单元,综合分析县域资源优势,以市场为导向,以解决三农问题为核心,以促进县域经济的全面发展为目标,选择并确定主导产业,是发展资源型县域经济的前提;以主导产业为导向,审慎引入骨干企业,为县域经济的发展找准龙头,要充分发挥政府的职能作用,确保主导产业的健康、持续发展;大力发展民营(个体)经济,引进先进的经营理念和技术,创造良好的投资环境,树立科学的发展观念,充分发挥资源优势,走出一条具有地方特色的健康、持续发展的道路。

Some discussion on counties'''' economies on natural resource

The counties' economies are the elements and bases for local economy development,therefore it is important to analyze the resource advantages of each county under the guidance of market needs aiming at solving the three rural problems.In our opinion,dominant industries should be introduced into local economic system while the some leading enterprises should be involved discreetly.At the same time,the government should work efficiently to secure the dominant industries' on-going and healthy development.Further more,private-owned entities should be pushed greatly and advanced managing theory and technology should be fetched in to build a good investment circumstance.Through all these measures,we can put our county economy into a continuous and healthy developing tract.
