现代思维方式必须成为领导干部思考问题的主导方式 ,这是由世纪之初的中国和世界的重大实践需要所决定的。因为 ,现代思维方式是改革开放的思想先导 ,是新世纪实践方式的必然选择。各级领导干部要满足新时代提出的各种新要求 ,必须克服那些旧的思维方式。现代思维方式是科学辩证的思维方式 ,主要包括整体性多维性思维方式、开放性动态性思维方式、创造性思维方式和科学人文并重的思维方式。现代思维方式是学习和实践的产物。这就要求我们加强理论学习 ,钻研和掌握马克思主义经典著作家的思维方式 ,提高理论思维能力 ;批判地继承中西传统思维方式中的优秀因素 ;积极投身实践 ,努力丰富知识

Leading Cadres' Modern Mode of Thinking

It's decided in some important practice that modern mode of thinking should become the main way in leading cadres' thinking,as such a mode is the guiding mode for the reform and opening as well as a certain choice for practice in the new century. In order to meet various kinds of demands of the new times,leading cadres at all levels must get rid of those old mode of thinking. Modern mode of thinking is a kind of scientific and dialectical thinking which mainly includes the flollowing : thinking as a whole and in multiple dimensions; thinking in an opening and active way; creative thinking; thinking scientifically and humanely .Modern mode of thinking is the result of study and practice,which requests us to strengthen our study and improve our thinking abilities.
