在化解社会矛盾中检察机关执法办案预警机制的建立

随着社会经济、文化的快速发展,社会利益格局大规模调整,大量的社会矛盾纠纷以法律诉求的形式涌入司法领域。因此,化解社会矛盾纠纷、促进社会和谐稳定成为当前检察机关工作服务大局的重要任务。文章以检察机关构建执法办案风险评估预警机制为主线,从办案风险评估入手,结合执法办案风险评估预警机制的中国特色,提出了构建该机制的具体模式、方法和措施。
