| 摘 要： | 李大钊不仅是中国共产党的主要创始人之一,也是中共北方地区党组织的创始者和主要领导者,他精心筹建了中共北方区执行委员会后,为培养革命骨干立即着手建立了中共北方区委党校,并积极指导和帮助建立了中共北方区委领导下的各地方党组织,促进了北方地区党组织的迅速发展。与此同时,在他的领导下中共北方区委积极开展农民运动、工人运动、学生运动,配合了国民革命军的北伐,推动了北方革命运动的蓬勃发展。
