| 摘 要： | 上海证券交易所国际板的建立已箭在弦上,被管理层列入正式工作议程。国际板的建立是我国资本市场发展的必然选择,一方面拓宽了资本市场的投资渠道,为红筹股公司的回归提供了有效的途径;另一方面也有利于扩大我国证券市场的国际影响力。但在国际板的发行主体、发行方式和投资者权益保护方面我国的法律规定仍存在不足,本文运用了比较分析法,比较分析了美、日、英等国外证券市场中国际板的法律规定,进一步提出了我国建立国际板的相关建议。
