娱乐服务场所治安管理问题的若干思考

公安机关对娱乐服务场所管理的前置治安审核被取消后,娱乐服务场所的管理出现了新情况。这要求公安机关对娱乐服务场所的治安管理,要转变思想观念,创新内部管理制度和管理机制,并转变管理方式,创新外部管理制度和管理机制,采取计分考核、星级管理、黄牌警告、从业人员“准入制”等工作方法,这样才能更好地管理娱乐服务场所。

Consideration on The Security Problem in Recreation Places

The emergence and fast development of the recreation places is the sign of improvement of social spiritual civilization.However,it brings enormous negative effect to the spiritual civilization because of the complex and the unsatisfied management of itself.Especially after entering into the "WTO",our country canceled the public order fore-check of management in recreation places.How to develop and manage the recreation places should be reflected on.Many problems had existed before canceling the check.However,due to the practical significance of canceling,some new problems are unavoidable.Therefore,after canceling the public order fore-check,the countermeasure of the management in recreation places should be researched and explored.
