刑事学科系统论

随着刑事学科研究的深入展开,具有方法论价值的刑事一体化思想应运而生。刑事一体化理论渐显其系统论的內涵,但其中尚有诸多的未尽之义,因此,有必要自觉地运用系统论的哲学方法来整合刑事学科的研究,即构建刑事学科系统论。刑事学科系统论主要包括整体范围论、结构关系论、学科分组论和功能机制论等四个基本方面。四个基本方面有着紧密的内在关联,共同构建出整个刑事学科研究的大体蓝图。

Theory of Criminal Disciplines System

With the deep-going of the research on criminal disciplines, it has been suggested an integrative study on it. The theory has the methodological value, showing a connotation of system theory, although a great many of which hasn't been represented. So it is necessary to consciously apply the philosophical method of systems to integrate various studies on each criminal discipline, setting up the Theory of Criminal Disciplines System, which mainly consists of the theory of integration, the theory of structure , the theory of categorizing and the theory of functional mechanism. The four aspects have strong inner relationships with each other, framing the general blueprint of the whole criminal disciplines together.
