| 摘 要： | “十五”第一年开局良好 ,扩大内需的战略方针仍需坚持。但扩张型财政政策和货币政策已经出现边际效应递减的势头和政策长期化的危险倾向 ,应当适时把政策的重点转向化解经济风险。

| Abstract: | The first year of the 10th five-year plan begins with a good opening and the strategy of expanding domestic demands is still to be continued. However, the tendency towards diminishing marginal utility and policy stagnancy has emerged due to the expansionary fiscal policy and currency policy. Therefore, the focus of the policy should be transferred to alleviating economic risks. |
