A Comparative research on The Supervision of Investment Fund in China and USA

In USA, thre is a whole series of laws and rules for supervision of investment fund. Compare with them, in China we have some defects in the coherence of supervision institution, the continuity of legislation, the authority of autonomic organization, the seriousness of executing the law, and the rationality of investor. Accounting for such problems, China should perfect the fund law system, punish the illegal actions, and develop the credit spirit. Besides, the transparency of supervision, the trade self- discipline , and the function of media and research institute should be reinforced.
