| 摘 要： | 各国产品责任实体法上的冲突,使得涉外产品责任的法律适用对于能否恰当保护当事人合法权益具有重要意义.我国当前还没有调整涉外产品责任法律适用的专门制度,只是笼统地采用了侵权行为法律适用规则.从分析国际产品责任法律适用的发展趋势入手,提出了完善我国涉外产品责任法律适用的建议.

| Abstract: | Because of the legal conflicts of the laws of product responsibility of different countries,the legal application of responsi- bility of foreign products becomes important to protect the rights and interests of consumers.At present,there is no special institution of legal application to deal with the responsibility of foreign products in China;whereas,there is gen- eral legal application of tort.In the light of the developing trend of the legal application of responsibility of international products,we offer suggestion that improves the legal application of responsibility of foreign products. |
