| 摘 要： | 针对新生普遍存在的问题和困惑，高校辅导员必须把握新生的心理和行为特点，贯彻“以人为本”的教育理念，利用形式多样的教育方式和科学方法，抓住时机进行引导，逐步培养学生在政治、学习、安全、健康、经济、法律等方面的自我意识，努力营造培养优秀大学生的学习和生活环境。
