| 摘 要： | 在和谐社会背景下，高职院校教师的思想活动表现出竞争性、趋利性、多变性、非理性等特点。这些特点使得高职院校教师思想政治教育工作存在着一系列问题，文章尝试从加强思想政治教育工作的针对性、建立完整的思想政治教育体系、健全师德建设考核和评价机制、培养教师道德人格等方面来改进高职院校教师思想政治教育工作，促进社会和谐发展。
