| Abstract: | This thesis conducts comparison of the constitutional judicial system of five countries including Indonesia, Korea, Mongolia, Thailand and Cambodia, and makes analysis of the constitutional judicial system of China as well. Through comparison and analysis, it intends to learn those aspects beneficial to establishing and improving Chinese constitutional judicial system, and thus to promote the development of our constitutional judicial system. |
