| 摘 要： | 河北省三大区域经济板块的协调发展,要求实现临港产业与腹地产业的演进共生。然而,由于受港口功能单一、临港制造业产业集聚迟滞、发展观念转变不到位等因素的制约,河北省临港产业与腹地产业的演进共生还处于初期阶段,因此还需从完善港口功能、推动临港制造业集聚、完善跨区协调机制等方面入手破除各种制约因素,努力推动临港产业与腹地产业的演进共生向高级阶段发展。
