| 摘 要： | 20世纪六七十年代,伴随着农村合作医疗制度的推行,赤脚医生群体备受瞩目,也因此而获得了广泛的社会认同。这种社会认同主要通过和谐、融洽的医患关系以及医患之间的良性互动体现出来。赤脚医生社会认同形成的根本原因除了对其本地人的身份认同外,还在于赤脚医生获取报酬的方式;同时,赤脚医生的个人经历与价值观念、文化大革命期间的思想政治教育等方面的因素也不容忽视。
