| 摘 要： | 中国共产党在90年的历程中对农业现代化的探索大致可以分为三个时期:一是1921年至1952年,通过民主革命为工业化和农业现代化扫除体制障碍,彻底实现耕者有其田;二是1953年至1978年,出于国家安全和赶超的需要,农业现代化必须服从于工业化的大局;三是1978年至2011年,改革开放带来了农业现代化的新局面,其中又可大致分为三个阶段:即80年代以包产到户推动农业发展阶段,90年代以产业化带动农业发展阶段,新世纪10年以科学发展观为指导的全面推进阶段。
