| 摘 要： | 当代中国史上,投机倒把罪的兴与废,是经济体制变迁的标识之一,消灭私商和小商贩的投机倒把,是社会主义改造的诱因之一;计划经济时期,投机倒把逐渐成为政治罪名;到80年代,投机倒把的内容一部分因经济放活而逐步退出,另一部分因双轨制施行而日益突出;及至90年代之后,在市场经济体制的建立和完善过程中,投机倒把、投机倒把罪的概念渐趋淡出社会经济生活和法律法规体系。
