思想政治工作信息学论纲

思想政治工作信息学的提出是思想政治工作信息化发展的要求。构建思想政治工作信息学既有思想政治工作学的理论支撑,也有信息科学的理论支撑。思想政治工作信息学以独有的、可以界定的思想政治工作信息作为学科研究对象,以关于思想政治工作信息认识、生成、开发、运用、管理以及技术的理论作为自己的学科知识体系。研究思想政治工作信息学必须坚持以唯物主义世界观和方法论为指导,在实现思想政治工作学与信息学的有机结合上下功夫,坚持在思想政治工作的系统环境中研究思想政治工作信息的具体问题。

On the Outline of Political Work Informatics

The development of political work informatics is requirement of informationization of political work. Constructing political work informatics bases on the theory of political work science, as well as information science. Political work informatics takes political work information which is peculiar and can be defined as object of study, takes the theory concerning cognition, creation, exploitation, exertion, management and technology of political work information as subject system. To study political work informatics, we should insist on direction of materialist world view and methodology, concentrate our efforts on the combination of political work informatics with information science and study concrete problem of political work information under the systematic circumstance of political work.
