| 摘 要： | 孔子及其儒家从其“仁政”思想观念出发，创建出一个科学完整的廉吏思想体系，对中国几千年封建社会的廉吏制度建构，全方位防止政权机构腐败，强化政权的思想和组织保证产生了极其重要的影响，是中国传统思想理论的精华。其所具有的社会科学义理，特别是在心理意识、文化观念、制度规范等方面所做的具体深入思考，对我们今天推进政权思想理论的建设，特别是加强党风廉政建设，创建中国特色的和谐社会，保证社会主义政权长治久安，具有特别重要的借鉴意义。
