| Abstract: | This article holds that legal globalization brings up new problems to the research on jurisprudence. We should confront these problems positively to establish "a globalized jurisprudence" to adapt to the development of legal globalization. The purpose of this kind of jurisprudence is to make a more reasonable and logical explanation to the trend of legal subjectation and people's pursuit for its general adaptability. |
