| 摘 要： | WTO规则对我国的行政审批制度提出了新的要求。通过分析我国行政审批制度的现状,结合WTO要求,可以确立和实施行政审批事项的基本原则,并从审批事项、审批权限、审批程序、审批责任等方面完善我国现行行政审批制度。

It expounds the measures of perfecting the administrative examination and approval system of our country in items, authority, procedure and duty. |
