| Abstract: | The influence of jurisdiction on security industry is very important to the development of a security market. However, the power of jurisdiction on security industry does not reach the right point of degree yet. At the same time, the boundary between supervision authority from the jurisdiction and administration is not so clear. Therefore, to solve the problem, an in-depth study is a must. |
