| Abstract: | With the ever-increasing dovelopment of the economic globalization as well as enlargement of international civil and commercial communications, international civil and commeraoal law has been a new independent legal department in international law. This legal department is obviously the result of international civil and commercial communications, while on the other hand, it will promote the further development of international civil and commercial communications. |
