王安石改革理论述论

On Wang Anshi's Reform Theory

The advantage of being both a political reformer and a philosopher had enabled Wang Anshi to construct an integrated system of reform theories based on philosophical thinking and from the perspectives of the rationality, inevitability, reality and impendency of reforms as well as the thinking and behavioral patterns that are accommodated to the reforms, etc. Such a theory of his had been backing him up in his conviction and resolution in the reform, and in his systematic criticism of various anti reform views. His contribution to the reform theories has constituted a significant element of the reform theories of ancient China.
