| 摘 要： | From Princess to Iron Lady As South Koreans went to the polls to elect local government and council leaders on the last day of May, the strongest support was given to the main opposition Grand National Party (GNP), whose victory shakes up the political landscape one year ahead of the next presidential race. According to the National Election Commission, the GNP secured 12 out of 16 regional top posts, including the mayoral races in Seoul, Busan, Incheon and Daegu. |
