| Abstract: | The human rights of the Chinese ethnic groups can be divided into two parts in Chinese legal context: the individual rights and the collective rights.And the basically political rights of the ethnic groups are so import that in some degree they become a great standard of human rights.The author consist that to protect such political rights it's important for mechanical construction. |
