| 摘 要： | 以55地出租汽车驾驶人罢运事件为视点。分析罢运案例的空间分布特点、时间分布特点和罢运方式,剖析罢运的主要原因,提出了深化出租汽车经营体制改革、加强执法监督、优化经营环境和完善出租汽车突发事件预案等预防和减少出租汽车驾驶人罢运的时策。

| Abstract: | The article takes the collected 55 places of taxi-driver strike events as a viewpoint, analyses the characteristic of taxi-drivers strike cases in the spatial and in the time distribution, the strike way by the drivers, and the primary cause. Proposes the countermeasures which would prevent and reduce striking cases by taxi drivers, such as deepening reform in taxi management system, strengthening the enforcement and surveillance, optimizing the business condition and perfecting the plan against the taxi emergency and so on . |
