高等教育规模扩张中两岸高校专业设置与调整之比较

两岸高等教育规模的扩张过程，实际是高校专业规模不断扩张的过程。在这一过程中，两岸高校专业的布点、种类、质量、规章、制度等都经历了一个不断调整与改进的过程。本研究通过对规模扩张时期两岸高校专业设置与调整的比较，发现两者既有共同特征，也有不同之处。共同点主要是两岸高校专业设置与调整都体现出明显的政府主导性特征，专业设置与调整以实现经济现代化为重要目标，都在朝总量控制的政策方向发展等。两岸高校专业设置与调整的不同点则主要体现在专业规模扩张的路径、影响因素、价值取向、专业生成机制等方面。

Comparison of Speciality Establishment and Adjustment between Mainland China and Taiwan in the Progress of Higher Education Expansion

The expansion of higher education is actually the expansion of specialities in the institutions of higher education.During the expansion,the arrangement,category,quality,rules and regulations of specialties of both sides of the Taiwan Strait have been adjusted and improved gradually.This paper intends to get a profound analysis on the difference and common parts of the two sides by comparing the two sides' specialty establishment and adjustment,and tries to get some useful suggestions for Mainland China.
