| 摘 要： | 贿赂犯罪逐渐成为职务犯罪的主要形式，目前，贿赂犯罪呈现出一些新情况、新特点。贿赂犯罪滋生蔓延的主要原因是我国实体法、程序性规定的不完善，以及目前刑事政策过于空泛．不能切实有效地指导实践。治理我国当前贿赂犯罪，就是要建立和完善执法监督的法律制度，对贿赂犯罪实行“零容忍”的刑事政策，尽快完善司法独立，健全完善反贪法律体系。

| Abstract: | The new characteristics of bride crime is coming out and becoming to be the main form of duty crime gradually.The main causes which lead to the high incidence rate of bride crime are the deficiencies in entity and procedure laws,and the vague and general criminal policy cannot guide practice.We should set up and improve the supervision legal system of executive law to govern the bride crime.The crime policy should insist on the zero tolerant,judicial independence should be improved,and anti-bride legal syst... |
