| Abstract: | The developing strategy of "enriching people,promoting Guangxi,making new leaping development" is a rational consideration of the fundamental interests of the people of Guangxi,also a successful practice of implementing the theory of "three represents" and "scientific development".Putting enriching people at top and building overall wealthy society are its basic characteristics;putting the interests of human being at top and benefiting all people are its key characteristics;putting all in well conformity and developing harmoniously are its times characteristics. |
