Along with this wave of positive social-economical boom, an undesirable derivative, illegal construction, also flourished. This rampant proliferation of illegal construction is bond to bring serious negative impacts to the society, in terms of economically and safety. Under the new directives of the Provincial Committee and Government, we need to restrict urban planning, strengthen urban development governance, and actively eradicate illegal construction and structures. We also need to find the root cause of such activities and stop it cold in order to prevent its spread.
