| 摘 要： | 建设学习型党组织是建设学习型政党的基础性工程,由于农村物质基础较差、党员干部文化水平相对较低等原因制约,建设农村学习型党组织任务就显得尤为艰巨,需要从营造学习环境、发挥典型示范、创新学习方式、探索学习动力机制、提供学习保障等方面全面推进才能凑效。
