| 摘 要： | 物流业是融合运输业、仓储业、货代业和信息业等的复合型服务产业,在促进产业结构调整和增强国民经济竞争力等方面发挥着重要作用。我国有关物流的法律规范、制度管理等方面存在诸多漏洞和薄弱环节,物流领域的刑事犯罪案件居高不下,严厉打击物流领域的刑事犯罪是推动物流业健康有序发展的必要手段。

| Abstract: | The logistics industry is a compound service industry of merging transportation,storage,delivery,information and etc,which plays an important role in promoting structure adjustment of industry and enhancing the competition of national economy.The laws and regulations relating to logistics are lacking and the criminal cases of the logistics area are escalating.We should crack down the criminal of logistics to create a healthy and orderly development environment. |
