| 摘 要： | 刘基不仅仅是一个历史文化名人的称谓符号,还是浙南乃至中国东南地域廉政文化教育的一面旗帜。刘基生平里的廉政事迹,充分展现了一个廉洁奉公、执法如山、不徇私情、不畏权势的＂廉吏＂形象;刘基诗文中嫉恶敬贤的胆识、为邦贵知本的意识、以德去刑的主张、用得其当的人才观,都蕴含着丰富的廉政思想。当然,由于历史的局限性,刘基的廉政理论中存有浓厚的君主专制思想,这是我们应加以辨识与摈弃的;对其中以民为本、廉洁自律、秉公执法等合理内核,则要大力弘扬,用以丰富当代廉政文化理论,促进廉政建设的发展。
