| 摘 要： | 最近20年日本经济增长战略屡屡失效,经济陷入持续低迷状态,经济实力和国际影响力严重受损。为了摆脱困境,实现经济复苏,日本制定了未来10年经济新增长战略。从绿色创新、生命创新、亚洲、旅游、科技与IT、就业与人力资源开发、财政部门等七大战略领域入手,构建出未来10年日本经济增长的路线图,并制定了详细的战略实施时间表、严格的评估标准及政策实施保障体系。这是日本重振经济、巩固其亚洲乃至全球经济中心地位的战略举措,中国对此应进行及时评估与借鉴,制定出相应对策,以便在未来的区域和全球经济竞争中把握主动权。
