| 摘 要： | 2010年第四季度,全球共有20多国举行全国或地方性选举,朝野胜负互见,选后暴力冲突迭爆。美日执政党处境日益艰难,政策回旋空间缩小。债务危机深入影响欧洲多国政党政治,朝野博弈激化。部分发展中国家政党形势恶化,新老问题突出。以党建提升竞争力成为不少国家主流政党的共同选择。
