| 摘 要： | 本文首先采用频度分析法实证分析比较中国与欧盟在服务贸易方面的总体对外开放度与知识型服务贸易部门对外开放度,接着对中国与欧盟知识型服务贸易的开放与保护策略异同进行比较.得出结论:中国作为发展中国家,在服务贸易特别是在知识型服务贸易政策的制定上,已切实地履行了自己的承诺.甚至做出了超过自己经济发展水平的承诺.文章最后对我国知识型服务贸易适度保护的开放策略提出政策建议.

| Abstract: | This paper first empirically compares the degree of opening of trade in service and knowledged-based trade in service between China and EU.Then it compares the common and different strategies in opening and protection of knowledged-based trade in service.One the bases,policy suggestions of moderate opening strategy are provided. |
