| 摘 要： | 民行检察中的自由裁量有其自己的内涵和特点，规范自由裁量权必须多措并举，确立自由裁量的原则并遵从运用是规范自由裁量权最重要的方法之一。规范的自由裁量在民行检察实践中的应用既彰显了自由裁量原则的价值，又体现了它自身的价值。
