高职院校校外实践教学基地建设模式探索与实践--基于长沙民政职业技术学院校外实践教学基地建设的分析

高职教育的迅猛发展和社会经济的飞速进步，使得用人单位对毕业生的动手能力要求越来越高，校外实践教学基地建设成为提高学生职业能力的重要手段。本文在分析和总结长沙民政职业技术学院校外实践教学基地建设的经验的基础上，从理论上提出了网状、内外融合、基于框架可移动校外平台等适合我国国情和高职院校发展的校外实践教学基地建设模式。对高职院校实践教学基地建设具有一定的指导意义。

Exploration and Practice on Multiple Models of External Practicing and Teaching Bases

With developing of higher vocational education and progressing of social economic in our country,practical abilities of graduates become more and more important for enterprises,the external training and teaching bases are the main ways for improving the students' practical abilities. Based on analysis the Changsha Social Work College's experiences of building external practical and teaching bases,this paper draws out three models for building the bases for higher vocational education in our country in terms of theory.
