摘    要:重视薪酬分配,理顺分配关系,促进劳动关系和谐稳定。《劳动合同法》的宗旨是着重保护劳方利益,兼顾资方利益,实现和维持劳资双方利益平衡。要构建和谐的劳动关系,首先要重构工会理论体系,构建和谐工会。企业承担一定的社会责任,既能够促进企业发展,又能够造福于社会,使社会诸方面都成为企业发展的受益者。创新企业工会领导体制是实现企业工会社会价值的关键所在。

Abstract:We must pay attention to compensation distribution, make distribution relations harmonious and enhance harmonious and stable labor relations.The tenet of the Labor Contract Law is to protect laborer's right and to give attention to interests of capital too so as to realize the balance between labor and capital.In order to build up harmonious labor relations,we should rebuild the system of trade union theory and build up harmonious trade unions.Enterprises should take up social responsibility so as to develop enterprise and benefit society through to make each parties being benefited.The key point of realizing social value of trade union in enterprise is to innovate the leading system of trade union in enterprises.
