二元结构、城市化与财政功用

我国存在明显的二元经济结构,但现有的描述二元经济以及城市化模型中极少考虑诸如土地制度等我国特有的制度及现象。基于我国的现实情况,通过建立数理模型对影响城市化进程的诸多因素进行分析后发现,商品化程度和城乡之间的交易效率差距对加速城市化进程而言有着极其重要的意义。故可以通过提供更优质的教育、医疗等公共物品或者简化税收程序等财政手段来促进城市化的快速进行。

Dual Economic Structure,Urbanization and the Function of Public Finance

There exists obvious dual economic structure in China,but the present model which describes the structure and urbanization takes little into account of the Chinese characterized systems and phenomena,such as land system.In light of the reality in China,through an analysis of the many factors that influence urbanization by establishing mathematical model,we can find that level of commercialization and efficiency disparity in the trade between the city and the country are significant to the acceleration of urbanization.Therefore,we can promote urbanization by taking measures of providing such public articles as education,medication of better quality,or simplifying taxing procedures.
