促进政府职能向社会组织转移的对策——以吉林省为例

党的十八大确立了社会管理的新格局,使推进政府职能向社会组织转移成为必然。本文在实地调研的基础上,分析了现阶段吉林省政府职能向社会组织转移面临的主要问题,提出了提高认识,加强管理,建立体制机制,提升社会组织自身能力等相关对策。

A Study on the Countermeasures of Promoting the Transfer of Jilin Province Government Function to the Social Organizations

The eighteenth national congress of the CPC has established the new pattern of social management,which makes promoting the transfer of government function to social organization inevitable.Based on the field research,this article analyzes the main problems faced by Jilin province government in the transfer of government function to the social organizations at the present stage,puts forward some relevant countermeasures：to raise the awareness,to strengthen the management,to establish the system mechanism,to enhance the ability of social organizations,etc.
