政府政务微博与公共危机管理

政务微博是信息时代的产物,现已成为公共危机管理不可忽视的重要方式之一。政务微博以其信息发布的快捷性、广泛性、互动性等特点在公共危机管理中具有独特的优势,目前,这一优势已初步显现,但还存在一系列问题。本文在分析政务微博应对公共危机具有的优势的基础上,探讨了政务微博在公共危机管理中存在的问题及其原因,在此基础上,提出了完善政务微博的几点建议。

Government Micro-blog and Public Crisis Management

Government micro-blog is the product of information age,which now becomes an important way of public crisis management that can not be ignored.Government micro-blog with the characteristics such as quickness,universality,interactiveness and so on has an unique advantage in public crisis management.At present,the advantage has initially appeared,but there are till some problems.Based on analyzing the advantage of government micro-blog in response to the crisis,this article discusses the existing problems of government micro-blog in public crisis management and their reasons,based on which the author puts forward some suggestions to perfect government micro-blog.
