| Abstract: | The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China provides action guidance for local governments to strengthen and innovate social governance,promote the modernization of social governance,and improve the efficiency and level of social governance.In order to promote the con struction of wisdom government affairs in the new era and create a new pattern of development,local govern ments in China should strengthen the integration of resources,set up cooperation platforms and optimize the third-party cooperation. |
