| Abstract: | Current interior administrative pattern of the procuratorial power is faced with some problems and challenges that a new pattern should be constitute to realize independent exertion of the procuratorial power under interior restriction mechanism for the purpose of effective control of the power of law enforcement based on the notion of modern administration,and the procuratorial case administration center is a effective new mechanism. |
